How to apply for a student visa for our program

Once you have sent your course application with us, all visa documents, including the University Admission Notice, required documents for visa application, invitation letter and other necessary documents will be posted to you, so you can apply for a student visa at any Chinese Embassy or consulate in your country.

A) Participants attending programs that are 12 weeks to one semester long are required to apply for an F (Business) visa.
B) Participants attending programs that are 1 academic year long are required to apply for an X (student) visa.

Please bring the following documents to the Embassy or Consulate:

-Visa Application Form (completed)
-Valid passport (Valid for a minimum of 6 months after return to home country)
Passport size photos
-Physical Exam Record ( for those applying for 1 Academic Year Programs)
-Relevant visa application fee
-A copy of the Confirmation Form (JW 202 Form)
A copy of Admission Notice
-SCIC Invitation Letter
